BCN — Best Content Network is a Video-on-Demand (VOD) streaming platform that brings together exclusive, ad-free content from SASTRA PLUS and our partner studios. The Terms and Conditions below explain how to access and use our services.
1. BCN by SASTRA PLUS Membership Information
1.1
You can subscribe to BCN — Best Content Network membership to access movies, drama series, short films, TV shows, and other entertainment content from SASTRA PLUS and its partner studios. Content is available to stream on your mobile phone, tablet, and other supported devices.
1.2
To use BCN — Best Content Network, you must have an internet connection on your supported device and provide a current, valid payment method accepted by BCN. After selecting a membership plan, you authorize BCN by SASTRA PLUS to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel your membership before the next billing date.
If your payment method cannot be charged by BCN by the end of your billing period, your membership may end. You can resume your membership at any time by providing a new valid payment method.

Currently, BCN — Best Content Network offers a simple and flexible viewing model: a monthly subscription for access to the platform’s available content, along with individual rental options for selected films.
BCN by SASTRA PLUS reserves the right to change subscription prices, rental pricing, content availability, or introduce special promotions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the BCN app, official website, or official social media channels.
1.4
BCN — Best Content Network is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 may access the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Payment and Billing Information
2.1
By subscribing to a BCN — Best Content Network monthly membership, you must provide a current and valid payment method accepted by BCN by SASTRA PLUS. Your membership fee will be charged in USD according to the applicable monthly subscription price. The membership fee is payable at the start of your subscription, and you authorize BCN by SASTRA PLUS to process recurring monthly payments unless you cancel your membership before the next billing date. Invoices, payment confirmations, and other membership notifications will be provided electronically only.
2.2
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership period or for any unwatched content on BCN — Best Content Network after payment has been made using your own payment method or on behalf of the account owner.
2.3
BCN — Best Content Network allows you to cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you can continue to access the BCN service until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel your membership through your account on the BCN app or website.
If you subscribed to a BCN membership through a third-party platform or account, you must cancel your membership through that third party.
3. Copyright and Technical Information
3.1
All content available through BCN — Best Content Network is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. You may access and watch BCN content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any BCN content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from BCN by SASTRA PLUS.
You may temporarily download eligible content for personal offline viewing, subject to the conditions and limitations of the BCN service. You may not remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright or other proprietary notices, or use robots, automated systems, or other methods to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the functionality of the BCN service.
3.2
BCN — Best Content Network content is available in the countries and territories where BCN by SASTRA PLUS has the necessary licensing and distribution rights to offer such content. Content availability may vary by country or location.
3.3
BCN — Best Content Network offers content in Full HD 1080p where available. However, actual streaming quality may vary depending on factors such as your internet connection speed, device, network conditions, and the quality available for each title.
3.4
By signing up for a BCN — Best Content Network account, you are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. For your security, you should keep your account password and payment method details confidential and should not share them with anyone.
BCN by SASTRA PLUS is not responsible for unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure.
3.5
The BCN — Best Content Network service may not always be uninterrupted or error-free. However, BCN by SASTRA PLUS will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve service issues promptly. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team through the available support channels.
3.6
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. BCN by SASTRA PLUS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through notifications via the BCN app, official social media channels, and website.
